Description

INTOXICATING LIQUORS. LOCAL OPTION: Initiative. Adds Section 26 to Article XX, California Constitution. Repeals Section 22, Article XX, California Constitution, relating to intoxicating liquors. Provides that every city, town, county, city and county or territory outside of incorporated cities or towns, shall have the power to regulate, zone or prohibit the sale of alcoholic beverages within its limits.
