Proposition Summary

This act provides for a bond issue of three hundred eighty million dollars ($380,000,000) to provide state college, junior college and university facilities, and to provide funds to meet the building needs of the state, including facilities to care for mentally retarded and mentally ill and narcotics control, correctional and forest fire fighting facilities.
