"More favorable terms being offered, rooms were next leased in the Underwood Building, 525 Market street, and the classes were held there until about March 1, 1916, when we moved to quarters assigned to us by the Board of Supervisors on the north side of the fourth floor of the City Hall, which had been recently completed."
