EXTENDED PARI-MUTUEL HORSE RACE WAGERING AND GAMING. INITIATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT. Establishes a California Gaming Control Act Commission which shall issue up to one thousand (1,000) licenses, or more with two-thirds State Senate approval, to conduct extended pari-mutuel horse race wagering in dinner houses throughout the State.
