Proposition Summary

Assembly Constitutional Amendment 62. Amends Section 18, Article XI of Constitution, relating to limitations upon county, municipal and district indebtedness, by adding proviso authoring city of Venice to pay all its indebtedness incurred during years 1914 to 1916 inclusive exceeding the income and revenue therefor, amount to be paid in full of said indebtedness not to exceed in the aggregate sixty thousand dollars, whenever two-thirds of voters thereof so decide at election help for that purpose, and declaring that no statute of limitations shall apply in any manner.
