Proposition Summary

Assembly Constitutional Amendment 49. Amends Section 1 ¾ of Article XIII of Constitution. Declares that all bonds hereafter issued by the State of California, or by any county, city and county, municipal corporation or district, including school, reclamation, irrigation, and public• utility districts, within this state, shall be free and exempt from taxation.
