Abstract

This Note is a response to the United States Supreme Court's Continuing erosion of the fundamental right to privacy, which was held in Roe v. Wade to encompass a woman's decision to terminate her Pregnancy. Roe v. Wade focused solely on the fourteenth amendments due process clause2 as the source of the abortion right. This Note will argue that this important right should also be grounded in the fourteenth amendment's equal protection clause.
